On a recent visit to Costco, I saw that they had a package of Meyer lemons. Great timing for the lemon tart I had been wanting to make! (Did Costco always carry these lemons?) Later in the week my family decided to get together for a group dinner so it was a nice opportunity to try this new recipe. It turned out really tasty — the crust includes some lemon zest and the filling is a lemon custard made from lemon juice and lemon zest.
I have plans on making this again soon! Fingers crossed that they still have the lemons…
